PopUp Weddings - What to Expect!

The Celebrant

We work with some amazing celebrants!  They're ready and able to work with you to create the ceremony of your dreams.   

Andrew Pickering loves a PopUp wedding - and more often than not he is involved with our ceremonies.  From the day you book he'll work with you to create the ceremony of your dreams. Once you meet Andrew, we're confident you will love him too! 

Our celebrants complete your legal paperwork in the lead up to the ceremony, and work with you to create a personalised wedding ceremony. They obviously also perform the ceremony on the day!

We're also more than happy for you to use your own celebrant on the day - however please be aware that it may alter the package fee, as their costs may be different to the fee we have secured the on-site celebrant for. This is a cost that you have to bear.

The Ceremony

This is not a cookie-cutter service... we'll work with you to create a ceremony as unique as you are!

We can keep It short and sweet, or take the time to share with your loved ones your full love story.

Light-hearted yet professional, or a formal service - we’ve got you covered.

The Styling

In short - it will be simple - yet stunning!  We pride ourselves on creating a setting that is beautiful, and the perfect backdrop to your ceremony.

We have a number of arbors to select from that we decorate in your preference of colour/style flowers.

There will be 24 white wooden seats for your family and friends.

We provide the signing table decorated to match the setting.

We’ll happily provide and aisle runner if you want one.

We’re pretty flexible, and open to ideas for your day!

The Photography

Our photographers shoot for 90min - capturing pre-ceremony, the ceremony, and post-ceremony with the Bride, Groom, Bridal Party, Family & Friends. They're happy to work with you if you have particular images you would like to capture. You will be provided with professionally edited, images in an online gallery / USB for you to download, without watermarks, for you to do as you please.  Our photographers are pretty snap-happy... and know how to deliver.

Bride(s) Bouquets and Groom(s) Buttonhole

We make these based on your preferred colour and style. We’re happy working in fresh flowers, dried, artificial or a combination of them all! Your Bouquet is yours to keep.

Optional EXTRAS:

We’re happy to organise additional bouquets / buttonholes for the bridal party at very reasonable costs.

Our photographers are happy to hang around for an extension of time beyond the 90minute package - at prices that are quite reasonable.
