Frequently Asked Questions – Wedding Flowers
Can we change what's included in the $2,400 package?
Absolutely! Our Classic, Signature and Statement Collections are designed as starting points. You're welcome to discuss substitutions, different quantities and upgrades to suit your wedding. Any changes that affect pricing will be included in your personalised quotation.
Can we choose fresh, dried or artificial flowers?
Yes! We offer fresh, dried and artificial flowers, or a combination of these. We'll work with you to find the best option for your preferred style, colours and budget.
Can we request particular flowers?
Of course! We encourage you to share your favourite flowers, colour palette and inspiration photos. We'll discuss suitable options based on seasonal availability, your chosen style and budget.
Can we choose our own colours and floral style?
Absolutely! Every collection is personalised to your wedding. Whether you're after soft pastels, classic whites, bold colours or something completely different, we'll create arrangements to complement your vision. The packages determine the quantity and level of floral styling, not your colour scheme.
Can we mix Classic, Premium and Statement arrangements?
Yes! You can mix different arrangement sizes and styles throughout your wedding. For example, you might prefer a Premium bridal bouquet, Classic guest centrepieces and a Statement arbor decoration. We'll put together a personalised quotation based on your selections.
Does your price include delivery and installation? What about packdown?
Provided you are within the greater perth metro area (eg. Rockingham to Yanchep, and into the Swan Valley), delivery is included. Further distances may attract a fee.
Our fees include installation.
Packdown - we try to make most of our decorations for you to keep / give to guests. If that’s not possible, and we are using stock / mechanics that we need returned, the packdown is included in the cost. We’ll discuss this with you based on your designs.
Can we book just a bridal bouquet?
Generally not. The minimum spend isn’t about trying to make money… it’s the practical part of having to order in multiple flowers that don’t come in single stems, but rather larger quantities, and making the most out of them for you.
Our minimum floral booking is $2,400 including GST. Individual arrangements can be included as part of a larger floral order.
Can we combine wedding flowers with your ceremony package?
Absolutely! Weddings That Pop! also offers complete wedding ceremony packages, planning and coordination services. We can combine services into a customised package, taking into account any overlapping inclusions.
Please talk to us about making this happen. As an example, we can combine our $2400 classic flower package, with our $2200 complete ceremony package for a total of $3950. (that’s not extra special pricing… that’s just removing the double-up between the two packages).
What if we need more centrepieces or additional bouquets?
No problem! All our collections can be adjusted to accommodate your wedding party and guest numbers. Simply let us know what you need, and we'll provide pricing for the additional arrangements.
